Finance Minister, Naveed Qamar said that the funds which were given to Pakistan in the form of financial aid, assistance or loans for war against terrorism would be audited and discussed in Parliament. After 9/11, about $4.5 billion were given to Pakistan in this context but this whole amount did not go through the proper accounting and audit procedures. He further said that there could be an external audit by a third party auditor or by State Bank of Pakistan.
