President Musharraf told that all allegations were baseless and fake which were pointed out by Asif Ali Zardari against him and would prove with evidence. He further said that Peoples Party wanted my willingness on very sensitive issues and wanted to impose its own policy over Kashmir issues. He added that he would bring this documentary proof before nation in coming days.

He particularly thanked PML (Q) for their continuous support at this crucial time. Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi and Ch. Shujaat Hussain further briefed that President Musharraf would not resign even would face impeachment boldly.

On another occasion, Presidential spokesman Major General (R) Rashid Qureshi said, “People who are saying that President Musharraf will resign, they are either lying or they don’t know about his nature. President Musharraf is a man of character and has a clean track record.”
