The Asian Human Rights Commission has claimed that Pakistani scientist, Dr. Aafia’s health is in serious condition due to bullet wound and removal of one kidney and no medical treatment is being given by US government. She is on trial in New York.

Dr. Aafia was suspected to plan for suicide attack but later accused to kill US official. It has been also confirmed that Ahmed Siddiqui, 11 years son of Dr. Aafia is in the custody of Afghan government while two other children are still missing. One of Afghan minister said, “We will return this boy soon without any comment.”
